How does incident reporting work on ForRico?

ForRico has a structured incident system for documenting and resolving serious issues during or after a booking.

When to file an incident

File an incident report if:

  • Your pet was injured during the stay
  • There was a security or property access issue
  • The sitter behaved inappropriately
  • Something happened that you need formally documented for insurance or follow-up

How to file a report

  1. Go to the booking detail page.
  2. Click Report an incident.
  3. Select the severity and describe what happened.
  4. Add any relevant photos.

What happens next

The incident is logged and the support team is notified. The incident status moves through: Open → Under review → Resolved (or Closed). You can track the status from your bookings dashboard.

Confidentiality

Incident details are not shared with the sitter until the support team has reviewed the report.
