How do I add my pet's information to my profile?

Pet profiles help sitters understand your animal's needs before a booking begins.

Adding a pet

1. Go to /my-pets.
2. Click Add new pet.
3. Fill in the details: name, species, breed, age, weight, and any health or behaviour notes.
4. Upload a photo — this appears on your profile and in booking communications.

What to include

The more detail you provide, the better the sitter can prepare:

• Medical conditions — diabetes, epilepsy, allergies, or anything that affects daily care
• Medication — name, dose, and schedule
• Behaviour notes — reactive on the lead, fearful of strangers, nervous during thunderstorms
• Feeding schedule — exact quantities and times
• Emergency contacts — your vet's name and phone number

Editing pet information

You can update pet profiles at any time from /my-pets. Changes do not automatically notify sitters on existing bookings, so communicate updates directly through the booking chat.
